    Cryogenic & Chilled Insulation

Cryogenic & Chilled Insulation

Cryogenic and Chilled system insulation demands zero tolerance workmanship. Depending on the Minus temperature Cryogenic insulation requires multiple staggered layers of usually cellular glass or PU insulation. Then a vapour barrier is applied and clad in Stainless steel. Here at GRM Ltd we approach cryogenics with the same mathematical principals we use in the fabrication workshop, i.e we develop patterns using parallel line, radial line or triangulation to create templates for the insulation to fit accurately to the Plant asset. This gives us the greatest amount of accuracy and also efficiency, saving energy and also makes the installation process a seamless operation.
